B2B International Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven B2B International Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting international business prospects through cold calling, cold emailing , and digital outreach. This role demands a confident communicator with strong lead generation and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close B2B deals across global markets.

• Conduct high-volume cold calling and cold emailing to generate qualified leads from international markets.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers (CEOs, procurement heads, purchase managers, etc.) in target companies.
• Develop customized outreach strategies and follow-up sequences for new prospects.
• Present company products/services to potential clients via calls, video meetings, and written communication.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and update progress in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets , lead generation goals, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales pitches with company offerings.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in different countries.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation.
