Branch Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Generation

• Promote and sell SBI Credit Cards to walk-in customers in the SBI bank branch.
• Generate leads from branch walk-ins, account holders, and referrals.
• Follow up with potential customers via phone or in-person to convert leads into successful applications.
• Educate customers on credit card features, eligibility, benefits, fees, and usage .

2. Relationship Building

• Build strong professional relationships with SBI branch staff , including branch managers, personal bankers, and customer service executives.
• Work in collaboration with branch employees to identify potential credit card customers.
• Represent the SBI Card brand in the branch and maintain a positive image and professional demeanor .

3. Customer Support & Query Resolution

• Assist customers in filling out application forms and collecting necessary KYC documents.
• Address customer queries regarding eligibility, features, charges, and credit card usage.
• Ensure smooth and error-free documentation for card application processing.

4. Target Achievement

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets assigned for credit card issuance.
• Maintain consistent performance to become eligible for incentives and recognition .
• Update daily activity and lead conversion details to the team leader or reporting manager.

5. Compliance and Process Adherence

• Follow all banking and credit card issuance compliance guidelines .
• Ensure accurate documentation , including application forms, photographs, ID/address proof, and income proof.
• Maintain data confidentiality and secure handling of customer information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream) .
• Prior experience in sales, especially in banking/credit cards/insurance/loans, is preferred but not mandatory .
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English, Hindi , and regional language (depending on posting location).
• Presentable, confident, and persuasive communication style.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is a plus.
• Proficient in handling smartphones or basic CRM applications.
