The Team Sales Manager Manager is responsible for leading and executing sales and marketing strategies in the field to increase revenue, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute field sales plans in line with business objectives.- Manage and expand current accounts by upselling and fostering relationships.- Make frequent field trips and offer performance evaluations and coaching.- At the field level, carry out marketing campaigns and promotions.- Establish trusting bonds with important stakeholders and clients.- To guarantee brand uniformity in the field, collaborate with the marketing team.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree- 2 years of experience in field sales and marketing- Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams- Excellent communication, negotiation- Analytical and problem-solving skillsSalary & Benefits: - This is an on-roll position with us.
