Visual Identity & Brand Development- Lead and manage the development of the brand s visual identity across all platforms.- Conduct and execute look-and-feel exercises for campaigns, packaging, and communication.- Ensure consistency in all design assets, maintaining the brand s tone and aesthetic.2. Art Direction & Content Creation- Plan, coordinate, and direct photoshoots and video content production, ensuring a cohesive artistic vision.- Operate the camera during content shoots and guide the team in achieving exceptional visuals.- Develop video content by editing, adding animations, and ensuring alignment with brand narratives.3. Mentorship & Collaboration- Guide and train junior designers, ensuring the team produces high-quality work.- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.- Stay updated with current design and fashion trends, integrating fresh perspectives into the work.4.
