Meets tertiary targets in assigned geography and channel2. Achieve Trade market share, availability and visibility targets through strong market activation3. Flawless execution of planned promotions in market by channel in terms of quality and timelines4. Secure retailer preference as well as vantage points in outlets for placement of permanent visibility and chillers5. Manage company assets placed at the outlets6. Optimal utilization of allocated promotion budgets to gain maximum effectiveness7. Work seamlessly with the Sales function in executing marketing plans8. Assist in supplier handling at local branch level to ensure quality executionPeople Management (Responsibility for leading, motivating and developing staff, excludes supervisory responsibilities): -1.
