Company website : www.reloy.co Job Description: COPYWRITER- Ability to develop, write, and edit marketing content to support campaign/project/client needs to include: brochure copy, copywriting, promotional campaigns, events, SEO, press releases, project profiles, blogs, technical content, and articles.- To check on Social Engagement Numbers - Click Rate, Traffic, Using Keywords & Overall Engagement- Utilizes industry best practices and familiarity with brands mission and goals to inspire ideas for engaging content in a variety of formats - written, audio, video, and graphic.- Ability to work on special projects such as writing video scripts, developing marketing copy for e- blasts, WhatsApp message, branding strategy, event creative s, site ads, and maintaining internal resources.- New Ideas and Approach for Content Strategy- Supporting team in utilizing digital tools and platforms to maintain regular communication on progress, timelines, and deliverables. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns- To provide team members training and feedback- Drive content strategy and deliverables of multi-channel campaigns and client requirements.
