Client: Authorized HP Service Center Are you organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator? Join our team at our HP Authorized Service Center as an Office Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly! What You ll Do:

• Coordinate daily office activities and support the service team
• Handle customer queries and manage service bookings
• Maintain records, service logs, and reports
• Communicate with HP for warranty and parts processing
• Support the team with inventory, billing, and documentation tasks

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Organized and able to multitask effectively
• Experience in a service center environment is a plus
