Administrative Responsibilities:

School Operations: Managing the day-to-day operations of the school, including logistics, facilities, and resources.&

Budget Management: Developing and managing the school 's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds for academic and non-academic activities.&

Staff Management: Hiring, supervising, and evaluating teachers and other staff members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.&

Student Discipline: Implementing and enforcing school policies and procedures related to student behavior, ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment.&

Communication: Serving as a key communicator between the school, parents, teachers, and the school board, fostering open and effective communication channels.&

Academic Responsibilities:&

Curriculum Development: Overseeing the development and implementation of the school 's curriculum, ensuring it aligns with educational standards and student needs.&

Instructional Leadership: Providing leadership in the area of instruction, working with teachers to enhance teaching practices and improve student learning outcomes.&

Student Performance: Monitoring student progress, identifying areas where students need additional support, and implementing strategies to improve student achievement.&

Extracurricular Activities: Overseeing the planning and implementation of extracurricular activities, enriching the overall educational experience for students.& Other Key&
