Human Resources HR

1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
2. Onboarding: Help with new employee onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation
3. HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
4. Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
5. Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and activities
6. Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed by applicable laws and regulations
7. General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor 's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are also eligible
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Detail-oriented and highly organized
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
6. Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in HR
