Data Entry Executive

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Female Data Entry Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accurate data entry tasks, managing product listings, and maintaining online catalogs across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and AJIO . The candidate must have basic knowledge of Excel, computers, and internet browsing , and be comfortable communicating in Hindi, English, and Bengali . This position is strictly open to female candidates only , with preference for those who are organized, responsible, and able to handle work independently. Morning shift with flexibility in timing is available.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Excel Work:
   • Enter, update, and maintain product data in Excel spreadsheets and internal systems.
   • Use basic Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, copying data, and formatting cells.
   • Regularly update inventory data, pricing, product descriptions, and SKUs.
2. E-Commerce Platform Listing:
   • Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO , and other marketplaces.
   • Upload product images, titles, descriptions, and other specifications as per platform guidelines.
   • Ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date.
3. Catalog Management:
   • Monitor product status (in-stock, out-of-stock, deactivated).
   • Regularly review and correct any errors in listings, such as incorrect images or pricing.
   • Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches and updates.
4. Coordination & Communication:
   • Communicate with internal staff or supervisors in Hindi, English, or Bengali when required.
   • Coordinate with warehouse or order processing team to ensure listings match available stock.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to listings and product status.
   • Maintain proper documentation for listing processes and platform requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum: 10th pass&
• Preferred: Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Arts, or Science)

Work Experience:

• Relevant experience in data entry, office work, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Freshers with good computer and typing skills are welcome.

Computer Skills:

• Basic Excel knowledge (Data entry, formatting, simple formulas)
• Basic computer literacy (Email, file handling, internet search)
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (basic training will be provided if needed)

Language Proficiency:

• Must be able to speak and understand Hindi, English, and Bengali
