Key Responsibilities

1. Insurance Sales

• Promote and sell a range of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, term plans, savings plans, and investment-linked policies.
• Understand the financial and protection needs of clients and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets through active selling and client engagement.

2. Marketing and Promotion

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach potential clients through digital platforms, referrals, community outreach, and events.
• Use social media and other channels to promote insurance awareness and generate interest in services.
• Distribute promotional material and participate in local campaigns or seminars (online/offline).

3. Lead Generation and Follow-ups

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, phone calls, networking, and referrals.
• Build a strong pipeline of leads and follow up regularly to convert prospects into clients.
• Maintain a database of leads and customer interactions for tracking and future engagement.

4. Customer Visits and Relationship Building

• Visit clients at their home, office, or preferred location to explain products and complete documentation.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Provide after-sales service and assistance with claims, policy updates, and renewals.

5. Training and Development

6. Office Work and Documentation

• Complete necessary paperwork, proposal forms, and client onboarding documentation.
