Designation: Associate Recruitment & Development Manager/Recruitment & Development ManagerJob Type: Full TimeJob Description of Associate/Recruitment & Development manager - Tied Agency Channel at Deputy/Manager Level We are looking for high energetic individuals with a passion for sales and who aspire for high incentives.Key Responsibilities:- Advisor Recruitment: Identify and recruit high-quality financial advisors.
-Advisor Support: Assist advisors with lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
-Performance Management: Ensure advisors provide appropriate financial solutions, adhere to business processes, and meet monthly business and recruitment targets.Minimum Requirements: - Required Experience: 1-2 years of field sales experience in any industry.
