We are looking for a highly creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate must be able to conceptualize, create, and execute engaging digital content including social media creatives, reels, UGC campaigns, and manage the brand s digital marketing efforts end-to-end.You should be comfortable with storytelling through visuals and text, have a strong grasp of performance marketing, social media algorithms, and be proficient in using design and analytics tools.Key Responsibilities (KRA):1. Content Creation & Design:- Design engaging creatives and posts for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and stories.- Work with influencers or customers to curate & edit UGC (User-Generated Content).- Maintain visual and tonal brand consistency across all assets.2. Social Media Management:- Plan and execute monthly content calendars for all relevant platforms.- Manage daily posting, audience interaction, DMs, and community growth.- Monitor engagement metrics and adapt strategy accordingly.- Stay updated with social media trends and integrate them creatively.3. Digital Marketing Campaigns:- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube.- Set up audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for ROI.- Track and report performance using analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).4. Website & SEO Support:- Coordinate with the website team to upload banners, blogs, and product updates.- Collaborate on SEO efforts: keywords, meta tags, on-page content optimization.- Analyze user behavior and suggest improvements.5.
