Job Description
What would you be doing?1. GTM, Product Positioning & Launch Strategy & Execution: - Develop go-to-market strategies for new Product features and Brand launches - Define product positioning and messaging for target audiences - Collaborate cross-functionally for successful product launches, while owning adoption2. Ideate & Execute User Journeys Across Product Funnels: - Understand user personas, value props, motivations, to create E2E Customer - Lifecycle Journeys, while optimising for Retention & minimum drop offs- Continuously optimize user journeys based on data insights 3. Ideate & Execute Monthly Marketing Calendar: - Develop a comprehensive monthly marketing calendar to achieve campaign objectives (can be GMV, DAU, etc.) - Collaborate cross-functionally to align monthly Campaigns in line with overall business objectives- Utilize omni-channels strategy (PN, Whatsapp, Email, SMS, In-product banners, etc.) to execute campaigns effectively4. A/B Experiments: - Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize key metrics - Analyze results to derive actionable insights for future campaigns - Foster a culture of experimentation for marketing effectiveness5. Publish Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Report Dashboard: - Create dashboards to track campaign KPIs and business contributions - Provide regular reports to stakeholders, utilizing data for decision-making 6. Customer and Competitive Analysis: - Collaborate closely with the customer insights team to become the authority on customer needs and preferences- Keep track of market share and competitor strategies, informing marketing strategies accordingly for sustained competitivenessWhat are we looking for?- Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing at D2C/SMB/B2B startups - Strong understanding of user journey & flows for a Product- Proven capability in driving marketing campaigns through various channels - Proficiency in WebEngage, Clevertap, or Moengage- Detail-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of campaigns - Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment- Familiarity with test and learn methodologies, marketing optimization techniques, and experimentation practices (ref:updazz.com)
