Human Resources HR Internship

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
