Required Marketing Manager - Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and proactive Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing efforts of our established eye hospital based in Hyderabad . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving patient footfall through strong field marketing, building lasting relationships with referring doctors, and expanding the hospital s visibility and reputation in the region. This role involves a combination of strategic planning and on-ground execution, including direct interaction with healthcare professionals, organizing outreach programs, and creating awareness campaigns. A personal vehicle is mandatory for field mobility. The position offers competitive remuneration with no salary constraints for the right hardworking candidate committed to results and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Outreach Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans focused on increasing patient inflow and brand visibility.
• Design and manage offline campaigns such as pamphlet distribution, hoardings, posters, banners, and awareness camps.
• Identify high-potential areas (clinics, schools, societies, corporate offices) and plan outreach efforts accordingly.

2. Doctor Liaison and Relationship Building

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with ophthalmologists, general practitioners, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Personally visit clinics and doctors regularly to promote referral services, surgical procedures, and specialty care offered by the hospital.
• Address concerns and feedback from the referring doctors, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Build a referral network and ensure a consistent inflow of patients through established partnerships.

3. Brand Promotion and Positioning

• Promote the hospital s specialized services such as cataract surgeries, LASIK, glaucoma treatment, and retina care.
• Coordinate with the internal creative team or vendors to develop marketing materials like brochures, leaflets, and case studies.
• Represent the hospital in health fairs, seminars, and conferences.

4. Digital and Social Media Coordination

• Support the digital marketing team with local content, photos, and patient stories to enhance social media engagement.
• Monitor online reputation and ensure timely responses to reviews or feedback.

5. Community and Corporate Engagement

• Plan and execute eye screening camps in schools, housing societies, corporate offices, and rural communities.
• Collaborate with NGOs and CSR partners for outreach programs.
• Promote hospital offerings during such events and ensure follow-up with camp attendees.

6. Reporting and Analysis

• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and doctor referrals through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, leads generated, and conversion rates.
• Present insights to hospital management and suggest improvements for better outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
