Events Operations Accreditation

Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce a successful execution and planning of the accreditation
2. Work on logistics management and inventory control of all equipment, materials, and any other items
3. Coordinate and manage the set-up of the event on-site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality execution and planning of the accreditation
4. Work on being a key liaison between client and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the accreditation, ensuring that both client and accreditation requirements are met
5. Work on budgeting and spending wisely by staying within the budget
6. Handle post-event reports
7. Provide updates to senior management
