UI UX Designer

You will be expected to carry out internal as well as client deliverables and also create deliverables for pitches. Some projects may require you in a client facing role or to work out of client side offices. You should be willing to travel if required for a project.
Education required - A design school graduation with a specialisation in UI UX design&
Experience required - Preferably at least one year of industry experience.& Freshers with exceptional portfolios will be considered too.&
CTC - 40,000- 50,000 INR (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

1. User Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Analyze data from existing systems, competitor products, and market trends to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and task flows to represent different user types and their interactions.

2. Information Architecture & Wireframing

• Develop site maps, content hierarchies, and navigation structures that guide users effectively.
• Design wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes that outline key screens, functions, and user flows.
• Collaborate with UX researchers and product teams to ensure wireframes meet project objectives.

3. Prototyping & Interaction Design

• Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to demonstrate the user experience, transitions, and animations.
• Use design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision to bring UI concepts to life.
• Incorporate micro-interactions and feedback elements to enhance usability.

4. Visual Design & Branding

• Apply visual design principles such as color theory, typography, spacing, and alignment to build visually appealing interfaces.
• Ensure design consistency by following brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive visual language across products.
• Design custom icons, illustrations, or assets when needed.

5. UI Development Collaboration

• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Provide developers with design assets, style guides, and detailed specifications.
• Participate in design reviews, QA sessions, and provide feedback during the development phase.

6. Usability Testing & Iteration

• Conduct usability testing with real users or team members to validate design assumptions.
• Analyze feedback and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Iterate on designs based on findings and stakeholder input.

7. Design System Management

• Contribute to or maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and reusable UI components.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across different products and platforms.

Key Skills and Competencies

1. UI/UX Design Tools

• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or Balsamiq.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic asset creation.
