1. Screen resumes and application forms
2. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates - team and interns
3. Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, career pages, and social networks
4. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
5. Engagement activities
6. Manage payroll
