Key Responsibilities:Canva Designer:- Create on-brand graphics for social media, brochures, ads, and presentations- Deliver assets in optimized formats for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedInContent Creation:- Write engaging captions and copy for posts- Assist in drafting content for print and digital campaignsReels & Video Editing:- Edit short-form videos and reels in alignment with current social trendsSocial Media Management:- Schedule daily posts and engage with followers- Track insights (reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide improvement suggestionsJob Postings & Recruitment Support (Occasional):- Post job listings on platforms like Indeed, Internshala, Updazz, etc.Requirements:- Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva Video)- Excellent communication skills in English- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and scheduling tools- Familiarity with recruitment portals and basic hiring processes- Strong multitasking and time-management abilitiesPreferred Skills:- Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, or email marketing is a plusPlease Note:This position requires the signing of a 1-year employment bond agreement, as we invest time and resources in training and onboarding.
