Manager - Marketing (4-8 Yrs) Noida (Online/Digital Marketing)

Role Overview:We are looking for a smart, driven Marketing Lead to take ownership of our marketing initiatives and manage a small team of junior marketers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, ad campaigns, and a proven track record of growing consumer-facing products. What We re Looking For:1. 4 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in consumer tech or high-growth startups. Proven expertise in creating and running ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), etc.2. Ability to build and optimize marketing funnels3. Can lead and guide a team on campaign strategy, execution, and performance4. Excellent grasp of digital tools and KPIs for performance and growth5. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills6. Must be fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi7.
