Job Description
Marketing Foundation & Strategy- Set up and continuously improve a structured marketing framework aligned with business goals- Define messaging, brand positioning, and target audience segmentation in collaboration with leadershipWebsite, SEO & Content-Oversee website performance, on-page SEO, and user experience optimization - Drive a content calendar with blogs, case studies, product updates, and leadership articlesEmail & Newsletter Marketing- Design and execute monthly newsletters for prospects and clients (featuring insights, product highlights, success stories, etc.)- Manage lists, tools, and analytics to refine engagement strategiesClient Marketing- Work with Sales/Customer Success to capture client testimonials, quotes, and case studies from lenders- Drive approvals and deploy these assets across sales and digital channelsSales Enablement- Audit and revamp all sales collateral: pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, and product walkthroughs- Ensure content consistency and relevance to each stage of the sales funnelWebinars & Event Marketing- Plan and execute quarterly webinars with clients, product heads, or industry experts- Represent the brand at external events-manage sponsorships, booths/stalls, speaking slots, and leadership panel invitations- Negotiate with event organizers for branding opportunities and maximize ROISocial Media Management- Own the company s LinkedIn presence-posting regularly, growing followers, and increasing engagement- Coordinate with leadership and product teams to amplify thought leadership and product milestonesBudget & Vendor Management- Manage the overall marketing budget, including content, events, tools, and ads- Negotiate with external vendors, agencies, and event partners to deliver cost-effective outcomesAnalytics & Reporting- Track KPIs across campaigns, website, social media, and email- Share monthly reports with leadership and use insights to optimize strategy (ref:updazz.com)
