Wisdomleaf - Email Campaign Analyst (2-5 Yrs) Bangalore (Online/Digital Marketing)

Role Overview- We are looking for 2 candidates to oversee the building of sends and pushes across all the brands platforms, Wowcher UK, Wowcher Ireland, Living Social UK, Living Social Ireland and 5pm.- Collectively it is 90 sends and 90 pushes across the week with the preparation of these taking into account what needs to be actioned ahead of the weekend for distribution - Each platform has a different customer profile and there sends and pushes need to be tailored to the audiences. What is also taken into account is seasonal trends, Management- These roles will report into the merchandising team, the specific team member will depend on which platforms each candidate is assigned to- An email and push plan will be provided each week for the team members to work from. These will advise themes and additional information for consideration to assist in the building of sends and pushes.
-Upon completion, these will be reviewed and signed of by the merchandising team before sending to our CRM team to oversee distribution.- While there is daily communication to support the completion of tasks, there will also be weekly 121 s and team meeting to ensure we align as a team.Email Sends- The aim is to drive as much revenue per send. Pulling a selection of deals to showcase to our audience based on key metrics such as 2 week net revenue, net revenue per visit, margin etc Additionally proposing an email subject line that customers are enticed to open and engage with - Each day has a standard morning, afternoon and evening send.
-The morning send in particular is used to showcase new deals for the day and also feeds the homepage for the first half of each day Afternoon and evening sends can be mixed or themed, this is lead my the merchandising team and planned ahead to enable ample preparation time.
-Specialised sends are sent twice a week and are tailored to a specific engagement audience. Eg engagement with the garden category in the last 6 months.
-Outside of these, there are some additional adhoc sends which will be detailed further during trainingPushes- Another means in which we reach out customers. Through app, social and web pushes. Again selecting a key deals to showcase daily in a solo push and a theme for the daily group push, also with an enticing subject line to engage the customer.Requirements- Candidates must be excel proficient and able to handle large bodies of data.
