Visa Processing Consultant

Position Summary

The Visa Processing Consultant plays a key role in managing the full cycle of visa applications from initial client consultation to documentation, submission, tracking, and final approvals. The consultant is expected to stay up-to-date with the latest immigration policies and procedures of countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Schengen states, and others , and guide clients accordingly. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring a smooth and hassle-free visa experience for the client.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); knowledge of local/regional languages is a plus.
• High attention to detail for reviewing and verifying documents.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to handle pressure professionally.
• Proficiency in using email, MS Office, Google Docs, and CRM or visa tracking systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
