Job Overview

As a Telesales Executive , you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to sell products or services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. Your main goal will be to drive sales and contribute to the company s revenue growth by converting cold and warm leads into loyal customers. You will need to understand the products or services you re promoting, confidently pitch them to potential clients, and overcome objections. The role also includes following up on previous interactions, updating customer records, and meeting daily and monthly targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasive selling skills in English (and/or local languages depending on target market).
  • Sales Ability: Confident in making cold calls, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, email).
