Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our clients. If you have a passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of the real estate market, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Understand clients ' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties,
Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property site visits, showcase features, and explain pricing and payment plans
Sales Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate deals, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure
Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities
Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.

Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams.

Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain technical or complex products clearly.

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, events, or field visits.
