We are looking for dedicated Marketing Manager.Roles and responsibilities are:1. Strategic Planning :- Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.- Conduct market research to identify trends, target markets, and competitor positioning.- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition. Campaign Management :- Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for campaigns.- Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and content creators. Team and Project Management :- Lead and supervise the marketing team, ensuring collaboration and timely delivery.- Assign tasks, set objectives, and monitor team performance.- Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams. Digital Marketing :- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.- Manage the company s online presence including the website and social channels.- Analyze web traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics. Brand Management- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.- Maintain and enhance the company s public image and voice.- Oversee development of promotional materials and brand collateral. Analytics and Reporting- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness using KPIs and ROI metrics.- Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and decision-making.- Present regular performance reports to senior leadership. Customer Engagement and Retention- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition and loyalty.- Conduct surveys and analyse customer feedback.- Manage CRM tools to personalize marketing efforts.
