With a presence in over 10 countries, we are on a mission to empower kids with future-ready skills in a fun, engaging, and personalized way.Role OverviewAs an International Sales Specialist, you ll be responsible for connecting with parents across international markets (primarily US, UAE, UK, etc.) to pitch and sell our courses. Your role will combine consultative sales, lead conversion, and relationship building with a strong focus on targets and revenue.Key Responsibilities- Connect with potential customers (parents) via outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails.- Understand the child s learning needs and clearly communicate how Codeyoung s programs can help.- Conduct product demos and handle objections effectively to drive conversions.- Work with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling) and follow a structured sales funnel.- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.- Maintain accurate records in CRM and coordinate with the academic and onboarding teams for smooth handovers.- Provide timely follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships.Requirements- Excellent spoken and written English communication.- Willingness to work in international time zones (primarily night shifts).- A highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.- Ability to handle rejections, objections, and high call volumes confidently.- Prior experience in ed-tech or international sales is a plus but not mandatory.- Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply.CompensationCTC: - 7.36 LPAFixed Pay: - 4.36 LPAPerformance-based Incentives: Up to - 3 LPATraining Stipend: - 20,000/month for the first 2 monthsQuarterly Performance Appraisals (ref:updazz.com)
