Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) with a strong pre-sales mindset to help us grow our client base for IT Services and Software Products.
This is a hybrid role that requires lead generation, tele-calling, client engagement, proposal development, and sales closure, focused on acquiring new clients for both our IT service offerings and in-house SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
Conduct targeted market research to identify prospective clients.
Generate quality leads through tele-calling, LinkedIn, emails, and online outreach.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of potential business opportunities.
2. Lead Qualification
Interact with leads to understand their business needs and challenges
Assess lead suitability for the company s IT services or product offerings.
3. Client Communication & Solution Pitching
Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand the product/service.
Deliver persuasive presentations and demos to showcase business value.
4. Proposal Development
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and pitch documents.
Ensure alignment of solution offerings with client requirements.
5. Follow-ups and Sales Closure
Conduct regular follow-ups with warm leads and prospects.
Handle objections and negotiations, and move deals toward closure.
Take complete ownership from initial outreach to finalizing the deal.
6. New Client Acquisition
Focus on bringing in new clients for:
Custom IT Services (web/mobile development, digital transformation, etc.)
Company SaaS Products and Platforms
Meet acquisition and conversion goals defined by management.
7. Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Act as the point of contact between client and delivery/tech teams.
8. CRM Management
Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and outcomes in the CRM.
Use CRM tools for pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
9. Market Awareness
Stay updated with industry trends, client behavior, and competitor activities.
Share relevant insights with internal teams to improve sales strategy.
10. Sales Support
Assist the sales and marketing teams in developing brochures, decks, and presentations.
Contribute to strategic planning and campaign development.
Requirements:
Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or inside sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS
Solid understanding of IT technologies, development services, and digital product sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with tele-calling, video calls (Google Meet/Zoom), and CRM tools
Confident in handling follow-ups, client objections, and closing deals independently
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset

Base Salary: 7,000 15,000/month (based on experience and role)
Incentives: Lucrative performance-based incentives on deal closures
Work Shifts: Flexible may align with IST / EU / US time zones based on target market
