Job Summary :

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Female Home Tutor to provide academic support to two CBSE students one in Grade 8 and the other in Grade 4 . The tutor will be responsible for offering personalized instruction at the student 's home, helping them understand subjects in alignment with the CBSE curriculum, supporting homework and exam preparation, and building strong foundational skills. This is a great opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about helping young learners achieve academic success in a structured yet nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Subject Instruction :

• Deliver effective tutoring sessions for both students according to their respective grade levels and CBSE syllabus.
• Explain concepts in a simplified, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.
• Provide instruction in core subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, Hindi, and Social Science .
• Tailor teaching methods based on each student s learning style and level of understanding.

2. Academic Planning :

• Create lesson plans, weekly study schedules, and topic-wise learning targets.
• Align with school curriculum and exam patterns.
• Reinforce key topics taught in school to ensure better retention and application.
• Prepare students for school tests, class assessments, and periodic exams.

3. Homework & Assignment Support :

• Assist students with school homework, projects, and assignments.
• Review school notebooks and identify gaps or incomplete work.
• Help students complete written and oral assignments with proper presentation.

4. Learning Reinforcement :

• Conduct regular revision sessions , mini-tests, and quizzes.
• Focus on strengthening weak subjects or concepts.
• Encourage development of study habits, time management, and academic discipline.

5. Communication & Reporting :

• Provide regular updates to parents regarding progress, behavior, and performance.
• Highlight improvement areas and offer suggestions for continued support at home.
• Maintain a record of topics covered, tests conducted, and grades achieved.
