That s where you come in.The Role:We are looking for a Creative Designer who can bring our brand to life visually across digital, packaging, and offline experiences. You ll blend creativity with strategy to build a consistent, mouth-watering brand identity that makes people crave Dam Good Fish even before their first bite.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop visually engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, website, emailers, and advertisements.2. Design packaging that stands out on the shelf and tells our brand story.3. Create brand assets - logos, icons, templates, illustrations, and style guides.4. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to maintain brand consistency.5. Stay on top of design trends in food, D2C, sustainability, and customer experience.6. Conceptualize and execute visual storytelling for campaigns, product launches, events, and collaborations.What We re Looking For:- 2-5 years of experience as a designer (food & beverage/FMCG/D2C brands is a big plus).- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, social, packaging, and branding.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma (or similar tools).- Eye for typography, color, and detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, take ownership, and deliver high-quality designs quickly.- Passion for food, storytelling, and sustainability is a huge plus!Nice to Have:1. Experience with basic motion graphics or video editing.2. Photography skills (product & lifestyle shots).3. Knowledge of consumer behavior, branding psychology, and D2C growth.Why Join Us:1.
