Job Description
A sales manager s developing and executing sales strategies, leading a sales team, setting sales targets.Requirement:- Bachelor s degree in Business or related field.- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.- Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.- Own a bike and have a valid driver s license.Responsibility:- Creating and implementing comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.
-Identifying target markets and customer segments.
-Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
-Developing sales forecasts and quotas.- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales representatives.- Providing ongoing training and development for the sales team.
-Setting clear expectations and performance goals for each salesperson.
-Motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve targets.- Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-up.- Analyzing sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
