Key Responsibilities: - You must assemble and develop a group of life advisors.- After you train them, you must use them to create business.- Encouraging and training the entire agency divisional team to meet recruitment and business goals- Keep an eye on and evaluate the agent s performance. Aid them in achieving at charge of overseeing the sales manager s output and supporting them at the beginning- Make certain that all required training is delivered.Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in any discipline (preferred).
