Job Description A Relationship Executive works with banks and insurance companies to provide financial services to customers. They help customers understand their financial needs and recommend the best products. Roles & Responsibilities:- Understand a customer s financial goals and needs.
-Help customers to choose the best financial products for their needs.
-Maintain relationships with customers and bank staff.
-Cross-sell and up-sell products to bank customers.
-Work with bank staff to identify potential customers.
-Coach bank employees on sales techniques. Qualification & Experience: - A graduate degree is mandatory.
-Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing.
-Must be a resident or native of the area for 3 years.
-Basic knowledge of insurance/banking operations.
