Job Description The Bancassurance Manager manages partnerships with bank branches to drive insurance sales, train bank staff, and achieve business targets through cross-selling and upselling. Roles and Responsibilities:- Build strong partnerships with bank staff and act as a liaison.- Drive insurance sales and meet business goals.
-Train bank staff in insurance products and sales techniques.
-Assist in customer meetings to provide tailored solutions.
-Identify cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue. Qualification and Experience: - Bachelors Degree mandatorily.
-At least 2 years experience in banking sales & marketing.
-3 years in residential or native.
