Job Description
Responsibilities :Prospecting and Lead Generation :- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and online channels.- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.- Research and identify potential clients in target markets.Sales and Customer Service :- Understand client needs and offer solutions, focusing on selling products/services that align with their requirements.- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and address customer concerns.- Build relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Pipeline Management :- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.- Track progress towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Follow up on quotes and close sales in a timely manner.Reporting and Analysis :- Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on lead status and sales performance.- Analyze and report on sales metrics, offering insights for improvements.Team Collaboration :- Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation initiatives.- Coordinate with other sales representatives to share best practices and optimize sales processes.Requirements :- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or tele-sales role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or via email.- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
