Associate - IT Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Associate - IT Sales to support our business development and sales efforts in the IT products and services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, promoting IT solutions, engaging with clients, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition

• Identify potential B2B clients through market research, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making ability.
• Maintain and expand a database of potential clients.

2. Product Presentation and Proposal

• Understand the company s IT products and services such as software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, etc.
• Deliver presentations and demos to clients explaining product features and benefits.
• Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
• Answer pre-sales queries and work with technical teams to develop tailored solutions.

3. Sales Execution and Follow-ups

• Handle the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closing the deal.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts under supervision or as per policy.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Provide excellent post-sales support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collect feedback and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

5. Reporting and Coordination

• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline status, and client communication in CRM tools.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for review.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and support teams for smooth execution of deals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in IT are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of software solutions, IT products, or cloud services is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms.
