Job Summary:

The Sales/Marketing Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through customer acquisition, brand promotion, and market development. This role requires a combination of strategic marketing activities and hands-on sales efforts to increase the organization s reach, visibility, and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a clear understanding of marketing principles, and a proven ability to meet sales targets. This position plays a key role in the execution of marketing campaigns, lead generation, client engagement, and maintaining strong business relationships with customers. The Sales/Marketing Executive should be self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

-& An MBA in Marketing or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Strong passion for marketing with a deep understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a keen willingness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
