Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.& Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer 's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.& Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.& Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining Ensure that customer understands everything with regards to the vehicle s operating features, paperwork, warranty & services& Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.& Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals.& Report to the sales manager with regards to reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities.& Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers.& Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales. & Skills required :
