An HR Executive is& responsible for overseeing and directing the human resources functions within an organization.& Their key duties include recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management, all while aligning HR strategies with the company 's goals.& They also handle employee grievances, update HR policies, and maintain HR records.

Compliance:& Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and other legal requirements.&
