Required Account Assistant - Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our auditing team. This role is ideal for freshers or bachelor degree holders looking to start their career in accounting and audit. The candidate will assist in maintaining accounting records, preparing reports, and supporting auditors using Tally ERP , Tally Prime , and Microsoft Office tools. This is a full-time office-based position, requiring good organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and proficiency in basic accounting software and MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records using Tally ERP and Tally Prime .
• Prepare and organize accounting documents, vouchers, and reports required for audit.
• Support auditors in data entry, verification, and reconciliation tasks.
• Use MS Excel and MS Word to prepare reports, data sheets, and correspondence.
• Help with filing and documentation to ensure audit trail completeness.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members as needed.
• Follow audit schedules and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Learn and apply accounting and audit principles under supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Tally Prime .
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work from office and follow company policies.

• Organized and methodical in handling data and documents.
• Team player with ability to follow instructions.
• Time management skills to meet deadlines.
