Job Description
We are looking candidate for an ideal candidate Yes Bank sales versant 3 Ycop / CVM / RL& HSC freshers& Fixed day shift 9:30 to 9:30 Sunday fixed off& Work location : Airoli (Mumbai),& Notice period : Immediate to 15 days. Interested candidate can apply& Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Actively promote and sell a wide range of banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, personal loans, home loans, and insurance.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and lead generation.
    • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    • Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
    • Handle customer inquiries professionally, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
  3. Cross-Selling and Upselling:
    • Maximize revenue generation by cross-selling and upselling bank products to both new and existing customers.
    • Encourage the use of digital banking platforms and value-added services.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences.
    • Provide feedback to management on product enhancements, customer needs, and service improvements.
  5. Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure all customer onboarding and account opening procedures comply with internal policies and regulatory standards (e.g., KYC, AML).
    • Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure timely submission of required documents.
    • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to ethical sales practices.
  6. Reporting and Communication:
    • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales goals.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and team briefings.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with branch staff, loan officers, and back-office support to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
