Key Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Teaching

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in English or Science (based on subject specialization) as per the CBSE/ICSE syllabus.
• Use effective teaching strategies to explain key concepts, theories, and problem-solving techniques.
• Maintain an interactive and inclusive classroom environment that supports active learning.

2. Curriculum and Lesson Planning

• Plan lessons, unit tests, and assignments in accordance with academic objectives and curriculum guidelines.
• Prepare teaching aids, experiments (for science), worksheets, and multimedia presentations to support the learning process.
• Align lesson plans with school standards and academic calendars.

3. Student Evaluation and Assessment

• Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, class activities, and mock exams to track student progress.
• Evaluate answer scripts, provide constructive feedback, and guide students in areas of improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and behavioral progress.

4. Student Engagement and Mentoring

• Encourage critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and subject curiosity among students.
• Provide additional academic support and doubt-clearing sessions to struggling students.
• Serve as a role model for students in behavior, communication, and ethical conduct.

5. Collaboration and School Activities

• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, coordinators, and administrative staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
• Assist in organizing school events, science fairs, English debates, field trips, and co-curricular activities.
