This role requires close coordination with sales, manufacturing, and product development teams to drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and overall category profitability.Key Responsibilities:Lead Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - from ideation, market analysis, requirement gathering to launch and post-launch performance.- Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Branch Managers, and Sales Teams to drive category performance.- Conduct market analysis, identify trends, benchmark against competition, and recommend product improvements or new developments.- Lead NPI project approvals, manage product documentation (PDM), and oversee cross-functional project execution.- Monitor product category performance, identify underperforming SKUs, and develop action plans including cost optimization, pricing adjustments, redesigns, or product discontinuation.- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with Sales, Engineering, Costing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.- Conduct regular product training sessions for internal stakeholders.- Own and manage the product roadmap in alignment with customer needs and overall business strategy.Skills & Experience:- 8-10 years of experience in product management, category management, or product marketing.- Experience in furniture, consumer products, or appliances industries is preferred.- Proficient in PLM systems, cross-functional collaboration, and NPD processes.- Demonstrated leadership skills, with strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Key Competencies:- Leadership and change management- Business and customer orientation- Strategic and analytical mindset- Team building and cross-functional coordination- High level of ethics and cultural adaptabilityIf you are interested, please share your updated cv (ref:updazz.com)
