Job Description
Role & Responsibility:1. Sales of Water treatment plant Spares.2. Sales of Revamp and retrofit for High purity water systems/ water treatment plants.3. Extensive travelling and approach customer to understand their requirement and generate enquiries.4. Understand client requirements, coordinate with various operating groups and develop a competitive proposal5. Submit offer in consultation with HO Team and pursue to convert into order6. Meet targets that have been set in the Annual Business Plan7. Proposal management including inquiry evaluation8. Track & report sales and marketing activities on a decided periodic basis9. Analyze market trends and keep other departments updated about them10. Mapping the market and keeping track of the competitors11. Engage in techno- commercial discussions with clients for business development in respective regions Product and technical know- how12. Incumbent should be experienced in working on latest technologies in WTP/RO.. Incumbent should possess knowledge of process engineeringMust have the following requirements:1. Should have Min 4- 6 years direct live wire Industrial experience in sales of O&M/Services and Spares in water treatment field.2. Should have wide direct industrial customer contacts and have proven track record of achieving targets in time.3. Should be fluent in reading & writing English and Local language.4. Should travel extensively in the area/territory assigned and 100 % focused on monthly target achievement.5. Should know process and parts of water treatment plants.6. Should have convincing skills and giving suggestions/troubleshooting to customer based on pain points faced by customer in plant operation. (ref:updazz.com)
