Job Summary:We re looking for a proactive Sales Development Manager to lead our sales development team. This role is responsible for driving lead generation efforts, refining outreach strategies, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads to the sales pipeline.Responsibilities:- Manage and support the SDR team to meet lead generation goals- Create and improve strategies for prospecting and outreach- Align with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality- Monitor performance metrics and coach team members to improve results- Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRsRequirements:- Previous Sales Experience of Minimum 1 Years - Must be a Local Candidate - Bachelor Degree is Mandatory - Age Criteria 22 - 38 For More Info : HR Joyita / PH - 8511943517 (ref:updazz.com)
