Job Summary:We are hiring a motivated Corporate Agency Manager to collaborate with banking partners and promote life and general insurance products. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong sales background who enjoy building relationships, delivering financial solutions, and hitting ambitious sales targets.Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Promote and sell insurance offerings through the bank s branch network.- Leverage bank databases and walk-in customers to identify potential insurance buyers.- Build rapport with branch staff and develop a collaborative sales culture.- Conduct regular product training, workshops, and one-on-one sessions with bank employees.- Actively support the bank s team in lead generation, customer pitches, and closing sales.- Recommend the most suitable insurance options based on client profiles and needs.- Deliver prompt and professional service post-sale to ensure customer retention.- Maintain logs of customer meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and other key performance metrics.Qualification & Experience: - A graduate degree is required.
