Job Description
We are looking for Front Desk Receptionist - Female.& The candidate should have good communication skill and manage the front desk with tele-calls & visitors. This is a full time job (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). The candidate should have 12 pass or above education qualification.&

Key Responsibilities

1. Visitor & Client Management

  • Welcome guests and visitors warmly, make them feel comfortable, and inform the relevant staff member of their arrival.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor badges (if applicable).
  • Guide visitors to the correct departments, meeting rooms, or service counters.

2. Call Handling

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Handle basic inquiries or direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Take messages accurately and ensure timely delivery to the concerned individuals.
  • Maintain the phone directory and update extension lists as needed.

3. Appointment & Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments or meetings using calendars or scheduling software.
  • Inform concerned employees about upcoming appointments or guest arrivals.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping or pantry staff for meeting room readiness and hospitality arrangements.

4. Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and typing.
  • Maintain office supplies and inform the Admin or HR department when stocks need to be replenished.
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and record keeping when required.

5. Office Maintenance Coordination

  • Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
  • Notify housekeeping, IT, or maintenance staff in case of any issue at the front office.
  • Ensure all reception equipment (computers, phone systems, badge printers, etc.) are functioning properly.

6. Record Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain logs for visitors, deliveries, meetings, and other front-desk-related documentation.
  • Provide regular front office activity reports or footfall data if needed.
  • Support HR/Admin in maintaining attendance logs for guests or temporary staff.
