Job Description
Order Management: Call dealers regularly to take orders and ensure timely entry in the system.
Billing & Payment Follow-up: Co ordinate with internal teams and dealers to ensure smooth billing and follow up for timely payments.
Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication and rapport with dealers to promote repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, schemes, and pricing to effectively address dealer queries.

The ideal candidate will be confident, target-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining the company 's products or services, and converting leads into sales. This role is crucial in building customer relationships and driving revenue growth. If you enjoy talking to people and have a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you.

Key Skills

  • Excellent spoken communication in English, Hindi, and/or local language.
  • Clear, polite, and confident telephone manner.
  • Active listening and persuasive selling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.

Soft Skills

  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to different sales pitches and customer types.
  • Good time management and follow-up skills.
