Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and target-driven Sales Executive Real Estate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective buyers, explaining project details, conducting site visits, and closing property deals. The Sales Executive will play a key role in converting inquiries into bookings and contributing to the company 's growth in a highly competitive real estate market. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or a fresh graduate with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in real estate, we welcome you to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Call the clients for meetings, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable properties.
Conduct site visits and effectively showcase project features and benefits.
Negotiate deals and drive closures to achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in real estate sales or any consultative sales role (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills with a client-centric approach.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
